SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once payment has been cleared, your item will be dispatched the following day. On the rare occasion due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a little while longer, however we can provide you with a tracking number so you can to track and trace your delivery online. All deliveries are made to the address provided. Please ensure you address details are correct and you provide a mobile number or contact telephone number for the consignment note. Some transport companies charge a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered.
Please note, we are not liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods during shipping. You need to select shipping insurance on checkout in order to be covered in the unlikely event your item is damaged or lost.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If you have purchased an item and changed your mind or decided you don’t need it anymore, you can return the item provided it is within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging, not opened, not used and returned in the same packaging that it was delivered.
- The item and packaging must be in perfect condition and we are able to put it straight on the shelf.
- The packaging must not be damaged in any way, with no stickers or writing on the packaging.
- You have advised us that you wish to return the item via email firstname.lastname@example.org and have received a product return approval number.
- Freight charges both ways will be at the purchaser’s expense and handling fees will be charged.
- Handling fees will be $10.00 for any item weighing between 0-20kgs and $20.00 for any item weighing between 20 plus kgs.
- A credit will then be issued for the difference to be used on the purchase of another item.
Please note that if the item does not return as stated above, additional charges may apply.

We supply and despatch our products to customers within Australia only.
We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

What is SSL?

Then click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “MY ORDERS”, where you will be able to view all the orders you have placed, both past and present.

To change your account information, click on “MY ACCOUNT” at the bottom footer of any page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.< br /> To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”. To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”. To subscribe or unsubscribe to the GPT Power Tools newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
